Immunizations
NO SHOTS, NO SCHOOL! - Reminder: Families of 7th Grade Students: State law requires students entering 7th grade to have the following shots: MMR: (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)-Two doses given after the first birthday; Td/Tdap: (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis): One dose given after 11th birthday; Hepatitis B: A series of three shots given over a six-month period; Varicella: Two doses given after the first birthday, or date of disease; Polio: At least three doses.
IMMUNIZATIONS: To be admitted to middle school it is necessary for all new students to provide immunization information. The student's immunization status must comply with state law requirements. For further information on Minnesota State Laws regarding immunization: www.health.state.mn.us
