Absences - All absences must be reported to the office. Please call the attendance line at 651-748-6341 to report an absence by 8:00 am. On returning from an absence, students need to bring in a written excuse to their homeroom teacher. A written excuse is required even if the absence has been confirmed by phone. The excuse needs to include the student's name, date(s) of absence, reason for the absence, and parent/guardian's signature.
Early dismissals and or doctor/dentist appointments:
Please send a note with your student for appointments and early dismssals. Students NEED to bring their note to the office first thing in the morning so they can be issued a pass. This pass allows them to leave class at the requested time, keeps interruptions in the classroom down, and allows your student to meet you at the front door so you can wait for them in your car. |
